Getting called to the Employee Nurturing and Development Office was seldom a one-time thing. Most people I knew, all coworkers, said it was &quot;nice once you got used to it&quot; but never really elaborated further than that. Standing in front of that office with those bold black letters E.N.D.O. made me feel a sense of finality like I was a kid again being sent to the principal's office. This feeling was only offset by the yawn that forced its way out of me immediately after.<br />
