was a small town, but lately it had been getting a lot smaller. Ever<br />
since the beginning of the summer, the city had been struck by a rash<br />
of disappearances. They were mostly young adults, both men and women,<br />
who were hanging out in the downtown where a dance club had recently<br />
opened. This had resulted in a very understandable reluctance of the<br />
locals to spend any time there. The owners thus, decided it was wise<br />
