Reiko didn’t see the people any more. Any sort of definition of them being persons—living, breathing, sentient beings—had long gone from her mind. Instead, in her eyes, they were food. Delicious, belly-filling, fattening, mouthwatering food. And Reiko wanted more. More food, more fat, more Reiko. Less everyone and everything else. Nothing else mattered but eating and growing, and Reiko was hell-bent on shoveling every squirming morsel sh
